Martin Paták is an IT analyst and delivery leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering complex software systems. He leads international projects across Europe, focusing on bridging business needs with scalable technical solutions.

As a Delivery Director, he works across the full delivery lifecycle — from analysis and solution design to implementation and operations — leveraging technologies such as AI, cloud, and distributed systems. He has extensive experience in enterprise environments, including BSS/OSS implementations, and in leading international teams.

He holds certifications including PRINCE2®, ITIL®, and ISTQB® and focuses on delivering solutions that are technically sound, efficient, and sustainable.
