Chief Executive Officer

Ludovic Gaudé

Ludovic Gaudé is based in Munich. As CEO of Qinshift and Avenga, he sets the strategic direction, develops the leadership team, promotes company culture, and crafts business development to foster unwavering growth. His background is in various global management roles in public, fast-growing companies such as Nokia and Google for 15 years, and chief executives’ roles in small to mid-size tech companies for 15 years, most recently at Intive, where he also assumed the position of CEO.

Chief Financial Officer

Ondřej Matuštík

Ondřej oversees Avenga’s and Qinshift’s new acquisitions, structuring, and financing strategies. He also serves as Group CFO at KKCG Technologies. He previously worked in finance functions at GoodData and the PwC Consulting division. He studied financial and insurance mathematics at the Charles University Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and has a Ph.D. in information science from the University of Economics in Prague.

Thorsten May

Managing Director Germany

Thorsten manages Avenga DACH together with Marcel Kappestein. Previously, he was Managing Director of one of our predecessor companies, Sevenval Technologies GmbH, for many years as well as VP Professional Services at YOC AG and in leading management positions at Vodafone.

Anna Szyperek

Co-Managing Director Poland

Anna runs sales, recruitment, and strategic account management in Poland, together with HR and marketing processes, to secure the best talent on the market for our clients and ourselves. She has many years of experience in the staff-augmentation business and previously worked for companies such as Hays and intive.

Piotr Balys

Co-Managing Director Poland

Piotr ensures that our business runs smoothly and that all the customers of Avenga Poland are happy. In doing so, we benefit from his background as a project manager and his many years of experience working in this field; for example, for Comarch and Ericpol.

Andriy Zynych

Managing Director Ukraine

Andriy drives delivery and ensures that all customers headquartered in the US and UK are satisfied. He has been with Avenga and its predecessor, CoreValue, since 2008 and has been essential in enabling the company to grow ever since.

Marta Romaniak

VP of Global Branding

Marta, a seasoned management professional who switched to IT from the legal sector, successfully ran Avenga's Ukrainian division for years, making it to Forbes's Top 25 women in the country's IT industry. As VP of Global Branding, Marta leverages her managerial and branding prowess to ensure a perfect synergy between the company's Marketing, Communications, and Employer Branding departments.

Pavlo Domanskyy

SVP of Global Engineering

Pavlo oversees the entire Avenga engineering organization and ensures we have all the technical competency our customers could possibly need. He has been with the company and its predecessors for over a decade.

Pavlo Umanets

VP Informational Technology & Information Security

Pavlo coordinates and aligns Avenga’s IT and InfoSec strategy and initiatives in order to contribute to the overall business strategy. He enables smooth, effective, and continuous operations by ensuring that Avenga’s system landscape complements the company’s and its customers’ needs and expectations. Before joining Avenga (and its predecessor), Pavlo gained experience in various roles at Vodafone, Symphony-Solutions, and ELEKS.

Volodymyr Pavlishevskyy

VP Group Reporting & Controlling

Volodymyr oversees the financial controlling function of the Avenga Group. Before joining Avenga, he worked in different senior management positions for KPMG all over the world.

Mariana Kolyada

VP of Strategy & Transformation

Mariana leads post-merger integration and executes Avenga's transformation strategy by driving key cross-functional strategic initiatives. She worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over eight years before joining Avenga.
