Ivana Petrovska is a cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience in Cyber and IT security. She began her career in operational IT security at a global telecommunications provider, later transitioning into compliance delivery, and for the past seven years has led the cybersecurity team as Head of Service Offer.

Holding a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunications, Ivana combines strong technical expertise with deep industry knowledge to build and scale high-performing service delivery teams. She has extensive experience working with large enterprise clients across diverse industries, successfully expanding service portfolios.

At Avenga, Ivana is responsible for leading strategic cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, overseeing delivery governance, and ensuring strong financial performance. She plays a role in service enablement and growth, working closely with both delivery teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes while continuously enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
