Tomche Hristovski is an engineer at heart, with a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunications and 25+ years of international leadership across the Telecom, Media, and Technology sector. His career was forged across Europe through mission-critical engineering, infrastructure programmes, and large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives at Alcatel and Alcatel-Lucent, shaping national telecom capabilities and complex public-sector platforms.

As Vice President Delivery – TMT at Avenga, leading a global delivery organisation has responsibility for strategic accounts, delivery governance, financial performance, and AI-enabled operational transformation. A PMP-certified professional, SAFe Agilist, ITIL certified holder and active PMI member, Tomche has mentored and trained 400+ project management professionals, combining engineering depth, strategic vision, and execution excellence to deliver measurable outcomes in complex, mission-critical environments.
