Clay brings more than 25 years of experience leading international technology and digital transformation initiatives. He joins Avenga from Atos, a global IT services and consulting company, where he served as Group Chief Growth Officer, Deputy CEO for Global Managed Services Business, CEO for Northern Europe and APAC and CEO for Central and Eastern Europe. During this time, he helped guide the company through a challenging period while advancing its growth agenda and strengthening strategic customer relationships as Executive Sponsor. Prior to Atos, he was an Executive CSC and British Telecom.

Mark leads Avenga’s go-to-market strategy and market positioning, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable revenue growth. With over 25 years of leadership experience at globally recognized companies such as IBM, EY, and P&G, he brings a unique blend of expertise across technology, consulting, and industry sectors. Based in London, Mark holds a BSc in Business Studies and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Tanja leads Avenga’s global People strategy, focusing on organizational development, inclusion, and employee engagement. She has extensive experience in several areas, covering everything from talent acquisition and learning and development, to organizational design and culture-related work. At Avenga, she works across markets to support a consistent and people-centered employee experience. Tanja holds a master’s degree from the University of Gothenburg.

Slawomir Kupczyk
Slawomir leads global operations and delivery at Avenga, focusing on scaling capabilities, driving transformation, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in executive roles within the technology and software development sectors, he has a proven track record in managing large-scale delivery organizations, leading M&A integrations, and fostering business agility. Prior to joining Avenga, he held operations related leadership positions at companies such as intive, HPE, Deutsche Telekom contributing to business growth and client success. He lived and worked in several countries across Europe, Asia and Americas and holds a master’s degrees from Technical University of Berlin and Wroclaw as well an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

Ondrej Matustik
Ondrej oversees Avenga`s new acquisitions, structuring and financing strategy. He also serves as Group CFO at KKCG Technologies. He previously worked in finance functions at GoodData and at PwC Consulting division. He studied financial and insurance mathematics at the Charles University Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and has a Ph.D. in information science from the University of Economics in Prague.

Jakub Caloun
Jakub leads the Strategy & Transformation function at Avenga, where he is responsible for overall business strategy and corporate structure, the integration of portfolio companies, Avenga’s brand identity, and both internal and external communications and PR. He has a background in management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and holds degrees from the University of Durham and the University of Edinburgh.

Dejan Petreski
Overseeing the overall organization’s information technology strategy and systems and ensures that technology supports the organization’s vision and goals. Drives the digital transformation, innovation and integration initiatives, cybersecurity and operational excellence. He has a background of more than 20 years of experience in management positions in the IT industry and most recently as COO of Seavus Group and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
