Business Analyst

What you bring along:

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience;
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as the CRO, Pharma, Biotech, and Healthcare industries is mandatory;
• Accustomed to being held accountable for user satisfaction;
• Team player with a team-first attitude;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Effective time management skills;
• Strong relationship building; enjoys collaborating with others;
• English – Upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience;
• Agile software development experience;
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, BACP, IIBA, PMP.

This is your mission:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, define, and prioritize user requirements;
• Diagram As-Is and To-Be business processes and review with stakeholders;
• Proactively research best practices and align solutions accordingly;
• Participate in design sessions;
• Work with agile software development teams to deliver new features and enhancements;
• Demonstrate software changes to stakeholders, solicit their feedback, and work with the development team to make improvements;
• Participate in software validation by authoring user acceptance test cases and facilitating test events;
• Support existing products by triaging issues, identifying short term workarounds, and coordinating long term solutions;
• Work with software vendors to validate and deliver their products and services;
• Function as a leader on the project team and liaise between business users, software developers and testers, validation analysts, solution architects, and third-party vendors;
•  Represent the Business Analysis team to continuously improve IT processes.
