System Analyst

The goal of this role in the field of IT tools implementation is to be one of the global drivers of IT tool implementation projects in the field of logistics, ensuring high quality of service provision. The person employed for this position will work in the IT tools implementation team, participate in implementation projects and support the implementation process with both business process modeling and technical/system knowledge.

• Translating business requirements into solutions specification/IT requirements
• Co-operation with Product Owners and other key stakeholders and understanding of their business processes
• Recommend the optimal implementation approach in the tools
• Supporting Product Owners with project dimensioning (costs and resources), understanding the impact of customer requirements on the project cost/timeline
• Supporting deployment projects with knowledge of the business process and IT solution

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in modeling business processes and/or designing IT solutions based on business processes
• Expertise in adjusting IT solutions to business requirements, business process framework and methodology
• SQL skills with at least some proven practical experience
• Strong analytical skills and fluent English
• Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills as well as planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in working with a variety of teams on both line and die
