Project description:   Avenga welcomes a highly creative UX/UI Designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations to contribute to one of our projects. It is one of the world’s largest global networks for on-demand production of customized items e.g. t-shirts, wall art, mugs, books, hoodies, and cards.

The client supports local production on-demand which will give a chance to lower the costs and provide shorter and faster delivery.  The system handles every step of the process starting from a placed order and finishing with the delivery to the end customer. This will help the creators to spend their time and energy on the creation process.

Our ideal candidate will be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. You will be collaborating with different teams as well as other successful designers. If you have what it takes to bring ideas to life with visual impact, we would love to hear from you.

• 5+ years of proven experience in designing applications on the web, mobile, and desktop;
• Proactive attitude and growth mindset;
• User-centered design approach;
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics;
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions;
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Research the product or service to understand its audience and its position in the market, gathering data that is used to deliver the best possible results to each user;
• Understand the psychology and motivation of the user so as to position the product or service in a way that supports this;
• Craft the product, service of  interaction in a way that fits into the narrative of the customer journey;
• Creating prototypes to further demonstrate this user experience;
• Test the user experience and iron out any issues before launch;
• Ongoing testing and appraisal to make sure the user experience continues to be the best it can be.
