This is your mission
- IM, PM, CM for Level 3 (technical issues)
- Create data extracts from Siebel
- Initial Load
- Environment Refresh Support
- Monitoring and event management
- Data maintenance requests
What you bring along
- Excellent Practical Knowledge in CTMS Platform, Oracle, Java, HTML, CSS, Siebel Applications
- Excellent scripting, configuration and workflow design skills
- Knowledge of Open UI
- Excellent troubleshooting and code review skills
- English on proficient level both in writing and speaking
- Practical knowledge of creating functional and technical documentation
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile Process
