We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. Our client is a technological company from Switzerland. It offers high-voltage devices, transformers, and renewable energy services.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for the overall design and architecture of our Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to ensure that the Salesforce platform is aligned with business needs and is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

What you bring along:

  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect role;
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products;
  • Strong skills in solution design, coding (Apex, LWC), integration, and DevOps tools like Flosum;
  • Proven experience in Salesforce architecture with deep knowledge of FSL, Apex, LWC, and MuleSoft integrations;
  • Leverage strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of the FSL product;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing mechanisms;
  • Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • English – upper-intermediate.

Nice to have: 

  •  Salesforce certifications relevant to architecture and Field Service Lightning;
  •  Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA & SAP CAP.

This is your mission: 

  • Design and write code in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including LWC for offline mobile capabilities;
  • Build a custom Gantt chart with advanced features not covered by standard FSL;
  • Develop and lead the implementation of overtime and payment calculation mechanisms;
  • Integrate with SAP via MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data flow;
  • Convert business problems into business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs;
  • Lead a development team of up to 15 people, serving as a solutions architecture mediator between business stakeholders and the delivery team;
  • Identify and implement solutions when standard functionality does not meet business requirements;
  • Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality;
  • Work with the DevOps team using tools like Flosum to prepare deployment packages and manage deployments.
