Our UX team is seeking a new person, who will join our crusade in a journey to make the world a better place. A storyteller who ignites curiosity in people and makes them believe in their ideas.
This is your mission
- Work with totally amazing people: UX team, engineers and product managers
- Cooperate with customers to understand their needs through market analysis, customer research, usage analytics, and feedback
- Use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements
- Facilitate the design process, present and iterate on design solutions
- Make design decisions that will have a positive impact on product development
- Plan and conduct workshops with customers
- Share your expert knowledge about UX methodology and best practices with the rest of UX team members
What you bring along
- 5+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer or similar design-related role
- Experience in creating prototypes or wireframes for complex web applications and/or workflows
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in direct cooperation in team, also with developers and stakeholders
- Expert knowledge about research methodology and design systems;
- Fluency in Sketch or any other design tool (Axure RP, Photoshop, Figma…)
- Fluency in English that allows for day-to-day communication with our business partners
- Self-organizing and multi-tasking skills
