UX Researcher

For a prestigious IT project for a pharmaceutical company we are looking for a passionate UX Researcher who will establish and execute on user research programs to enable effective user engagement.

• Conduct independent research, analyze real user behavior to improve products features or develop new ones
• Identifying new opportunities to improve user experience in products
• Understanding and incorporating complex technical and business requirements into research
• Providing specialist knowledge (in internal cooperation and occasionally carrying out projects)
• Introducing new processes and identifying product and application requirements
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, developers, business analysts to prioritize research opportunities in a rapidly changing environment.

• Experience in preparing scenarios, candidates’ selection, carrying out interviews and remote tests, preparing end reports
• Experience in conducting In-depth interviews (IDIs), surveys, usability testing and usability evaluation methods
• Good practical knowledge of Google Analytics and similar analytical tools
• Good practical knowledge of UX metrics
• Good understanding of a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
