Total Rewards Expert/Lead effectively manages global Total rewards plan including salaries, bonuses and benefits. Acts as a Total Rewards subject matter expert, closely partners with various business stakeholders across the organization including Avenga Leadership team and supports on complex cross-regional inquiries. Together with the Rewards Leadership helps to shape the new global process.

This is your mission

  • Support Rewards Lead to develop and implement Total Rewards global plan aligned with organization’s business objectives and local market trends.
  • Understand regional Compensation and Benefits specifics, talent needs/ priorities.
  • Act as a global subject matter expert for all matters related to company Total Rewards and manage complex queries accordingly in close collaboration with local P&C, Finance, and Payroll teams.
  • Supports the external benchmarking activities and regular in-country support.
  • Provide various Compensations reports (people cost estimate, compensation accruals etc.) to individual country leaders as needed.
  • Actively participate in global projects, such as performance management, global job grading, salary/bonus review, job evaluation projects etc.

What you bring along

  • Years of progressive Compensation/Rewards experience.
  • Familiar with working in a complex matrix, environment of continuous change and process improvement
    Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams.
  • Analytical thinking, numbers-orientated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
