Avenga is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The project is a platform that aims to provide a competitive environment for both sides of real estate players and provide the way to successful deals on the market. 

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will contribute to a platform designed to connect well-qualified buyer and seller leads in the real estate market. You will play a crucial role in crafting user-centric designs that enhance our platform and deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

Technology stack: Interaction Design, User Research, Design System maintenance, Usability testing, Visual design, HCI principles, AI

What you bring along:

  • 4+ years of experience with visual design and user experience design;
  • Strong UX portfolio;
  • Solid knowledge of Human Interaction Design principles, Usability principles (UCD/ACD), and HCI principles, as well as platforms guidelines;
  • Hands-on experience with Design System maintenance;
  • Good at UX design activities: user research, user interviews;
  • Proficiency in different techniques for conducting research, user tests, usability tests, and user interviews; 
  • Familiarity with AI tools;
  • Great communication skills, ability to defend your design solutions in front of the Customer/Development team;
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

This is your mission: 

  • Work on presales: communication with potential clients, defining and documenting UX proposals;
  • Design Thinking workshops facilitation;
  • Collaborate with the Design team, share your vision and workflow, and evolve it throughout the Product growth;
  • Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential;
  • Create visual concepts, look and feel, and entire UI design for different platforms and devices.
