This is your mission
- Responsibility for effectively ensuring understanding and implementation of Scrum by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theories, practices, and principles
- Coordinating all Scrum meetings (daily, planning, review, retrospective)
- Responsibility for the coordination and timeliness of work with a team of programmers
- Verifying the feasibility of the provided requirements with the development team
- Monitoring the progress of development/sprint
- Cooperation with Delivery Manager in all matters related to the development
What you bring along
- At least 4 years of experience in Scrum Master
- Experience in creating a new product in terms of the team (forming) and processes (defining)
- Experience in working with a virtual / distributed design/service team
- Good knowledge of project management methods
- Having a Scrum Master Certificate: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
