Project description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Intermediate Strong or Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. We believe that the main asset of any company is people, as each person influences what we do every day. Thus, recruiting for us is not just hiring. It’s about finding perfectly matching puzzle pieces.

Several locations are possible: Poland, Romania, Portugal, Czech Republic, Spain, Bulgaria, and Slovakia.

• 4+ years of proven experience in IT recruiting
• Proven experience in the European market
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Understanding of the IT market, tools, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persistence and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible approach to work
• High level of self-management
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and priorities
• The level of English proficiency is not lower than Upper-Intermediate

• Full cycle of the IT recruitment from the first contact to onboarding
• Work with different sources and channels to attract candidates
• Analyzing requirements and suggesting the right tools and sources to get fast results
• Maintaining a database of candidates
• Mentoring junior team members
• Management of stakeholder expectations

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
