  • Responsibilities

    • Keeping the company’s secretariat
    • Receiving, registering and sending correspondence
    • Organizing business trips (reservations of hotels/airline tickets/PKP tickets)
    • Supplying the company with office supplies
    • Documents archiving
    • Support in the organization of local actions/events (cooperation with the Employer Branding team)
    • Support for internal and external meetings
    • Other office work/ordered by the supervisor
  • Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in a similar position
    • Knowledge of English at a level that allows easy communication
    • Good knowledge of Excel/Word/GDocs and the ability to edit documents
    • Openness and courage in interpersonal contacts
    • Proactive attitude – own initiative, independence
    • Attention to detail and quality of commissioned tasks
    • Driving license. B
