Customer: An American third-party logistics company that owns warehouses and provides inventory and order management on behalf of its customers.

Project: Avenga is seeking a result-driven Middle Node.js Engineer who will join our project in the sphere of logistics. The project is a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) solution with a user-friendly interface built to meet the unique needs of the warehousing community.

As a Middle Node.js Engineer, you will be a member of an agile team environment and you will learn, practice and drive the quality best practices we use that help make our software the industry leader. • 3 years of experience with Node.js;
• Experience with React, jQuery, and other JavaScript libraries;
• Ability to build enterprise-level software;
• AWS experience (or any other Cloud environment);
• Experience with databases (relational and NoSQL databases);
• Experience with RESTful Web Services;
• Experience with Automated Testing (Unit, Integration);
• Experience with ticket/release management tools, e.g., Jira;
• Experience with Git (GitLab) and Jenkins;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• English – Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Using the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customer;
• Collaborating closely with other engineers as a valuable member of a cross-functional team;
• Sharing your knowledge and building creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices;
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the services that are owned by your team.

• Knowledge of other programming languages like Golang, C#.
