Languages Academy Specialist is a specialist within the Training and Development Centre responsible for providing Avenga employees with English language sessions at various levels and types.

Depending on the business needs, you will be in charge of conducting or participating in different department and company processes according to the requirements previously agreed and accepted by the T&D Centre and stakeholders responsible for those processes.

• 2+ years of experience teaching English to groups of adult learners of different language competence levels;
• Excellent knowledge and distinct pronunciation of the English language;
• Knowledge of novel teaching resources, methodology, approaches, and classroom management, including but not limited to online instruction;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Ability to manage time and priorities appropriately;
•  Ability to operate within the G-Suit environment and Zoom;
• Positive attitude towards learning and development preferably demonstrated by a record of continuing professional development.

• Teaching General and Targeted English courses to the groups of Avenga Employees;
• Planning course material and activities;
• Organizing and managing the course groups (scheduling classes, regular communication with the students, reporting attendance, tracking student and course progress, etc.);
• Execution of Аnnual English reviews;
• Execution of customer interview preparation sessions;
• Execution of English level checks;
• Performance of one-to-one sessions;
• Development of customized courses within the needs and scope of Avenga Language Academy;
• Participation in the departments` and company`s meetings;
• Participation in the department knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Participation in other activities, according to the company`s needs.
