Data Analyst

What you bring along:

• 4+ years of experience in the Data field;
• Extensive expertise in SQL with familiarity with aggregation and window (i.e. analytical) functions;
• Experience in BI Design and Reporting;
• Deep knowledge of DWH development and deployment processes;
• Understanding of business processes in the Telecom sector, including areas like Customer Service, Sales, B2B, and Finance;
• Experience working in a structured DWH environment;
• Skilled in maintaining documentation and creating technical specifications as required;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail;
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Customer Relations Management concepts, including Subscriptions, FCR, NPS, Churn, and Retention;
• Experience with ETL tools, particularly Informatica Power Center, and familiarity with database systems such as Teradata;
• Hands-on experience with modern BI reporting tools, with a preference for QlikView and Qlik Sense

This is your mission:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Data Warehouse (DWH) objects that integrate seamlessly into reporting solutions;
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to organize, represent, and store data effectively;
• Analyze business needs, design, and implement data-driven solutions;
• Create and manage data objects, including tables, views, and ETL mappings;
• Design and implement data models, adhering to development guidelines and best practices;
• Conduct SQL view definition, script reviews, and debugging to resolve issues and incidents;
• Perform data design testing to validate and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in both DWH and source systems, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
