Project description: Our client is a company, which specializes in medical devices and devices for rehabilitation. Another important focus of our client is wellness and muscle training. 

At the moment, we are looking for engineers for the project which consists of Symbiont Tec Suit, a data analyzer and an app that provides an overview of the body’s data relevant to training. The project is a combination of electrical stimulation therapy with electrical muscle stimulation with real-time measurements. It also evaluates and coaches (by means of EMS device) plus there’s an app that supports users in all aspects of training.

• 2+ years of experience in a job in the IT (or related to IT) market;
• Solid understanding of system development processes and methodologies, including analysis and design, requirements definition;
• Strong communication skills, with special emphasis on active listening and interpretation skill;
• Knowledge of Agile\Scrum approach to backlog creating and maintenance, Requirements Management tools;
• Experience at using tools for team collaboration (e.g. Jira, Confluence etc.);

• English – Advanced.

• Identifies sources of existing and potential information relating to the project;
• Define objectives and success criteria of the project;
• Identify and define proposed Business Needs;
• Clearly articulates customer objectives and needs;
• Identify key project milestones and define project scope;
• Efficiently collect and collate existing documented information required for project;
• Interview individuals and accurately transfer their opinion into a concise written form;
• Validate and if necessary summarize collected information;
• Workshop with a group to capture a number of independent sources of information relating to the project, gaining consensus where possible;
• By reviewing information, can identify gaps, obvious errors and potentially inaccurate data;
• Can validate, refine and optimize solution option models;
• Through analysis of options, can select the option with the greatest business benefit bearing in mind the customer’s objectives.
